How fast can I get my order?
Upon confirmation of your order, puzzles and gifts are shipped within 3-4 working days and receiving hours (Monday through Friday by 2 PM) of receipt. Please allow shipping time to and from us. If you require more expedited shipping, please note this in the comments section when checking out, and we will notify you of the additional charges.
How do I send my pictures for puzzles?
Upon confirmation of your order, you will be asked to reply by attaching your photo files. We recommend the following guidelines: the image should be 200-300 dpi and in the .jpg or .gif format, no larger than 3mb. Be sure to include the correct number of photos-many templates require more than one photo.
Are JigsawPuzzle.COM original graphics and phrases copyrighted?
Yes. Your purchase price includes the right to use our products only for your personal enjoyment. Reproduction of any products for the purpose of sale or re-sale is considered copyright infringement and is specifically prohibited. All watermarked samples on our site, will, of course, not be on your order.
What is lamination?
All puzzles that are ordered with lamination are treated with a thin gloss plastic that is heated on the top surface of the photo. This protects the puzzle from fingerprints and abrasions, increases the strength and rigidity of the puzzle pieces, and enhances the color and contrast of the photos.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on our secure online ordering site.
Can I ship a puzzle to a different address?
Yes. When checking out, you will be given an option to ship to an address that is different than your billing address.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from JigsawPuzzle.com It is our aim to offer you value and quality. If the goods you have received are faulty, simply return it within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund covering the goods that were sold.
Some products are excluded from our refund policy. These products include any personalized item or any product that has to be designed for you.
All refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.
